Between Tech Corner Solutions (076 378 1983) and the Client named below.
Tech Corner Solutions will design and build the website described in the package the Client selects below. The pages and features included depend on that package. Anything not listed in the package is extra work. We will agree extra work with the Client first, and it may change the price and the delivery date.
The Client selects one package: Starter (1–3 pages, from R2800), Business (4–8 custom pages, from R3800) or Premium (unlimited pages, from R5800+). What each package includes is listed on our Services page. We confirm the final price with the Client before work begins.
Tech Corner Solutions will register the domain name in the Client's name, arrange the hosting and connect them, so the website goes live. The cost of the domain name and hosting is included in the package price, for as long as the Client stays with Tech Corner Solutions.
After launch, Tech Corner Solutions will take care of the reasonable changes and updates the Client needs. This is included in the package price.
The Client pays a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% is paid before the website goes live.
This agreement lasts for as long as the domain name stays registered through Tech Corner Solutions. When the registration ends, the Client may renew by paying the renewal price of the domain name at that time. Hosting stays included, so the website, domain name and hosting stay active.
The Client will provide the text, images and information needed for the website, and will give feedback and approvals on time. If the Client is slow to respond, the delivery date may move.
The website belongs to the Client once the full price has been paid. Until then, it remains the property of Tech Corner Solutions. The domain name is registered in the Client's name.
Tech Corner Solutions will do its work with care. We are not responsible for losses caused by things outside our control, such as problems with internet providers or other outside services, or for content the Client gives us. Our total responsibility under this agreement is limited to the amount the Client has paid us.
Either side may cancel this agreement by telling the other in writing. If the Client cancels before work begins, the deposit is refunded. If the Client cancels after work has begun, the deposit is not refunded, because it covers the work already done. If Tech Corner Solutions cancels, we refund any payment for work we have not done.
